The Wall is a space for art exhibitions on particular topics, related to local food, craft, manufacturing, farming, etc. Topic changes weekly on Saturday, together with exibition. It will be a "wall paper" about what people produce in Midcoast Maine.
The related producer, the manufacturer, ot the farmer hosts the Openingh Exhibition Saturday Morning Coffee, when he discribes the manufacturing/production process, demonstates samples, answers questions.
The visitors can meet a manufacturer of farmer in person, directly ask him questions, and order a product, or buy straight from his vehicle after the short presentation with following up testing samples inside Rock Harbor Pub and Brewery.
The author and curator of THE WALL is Lena Faber, awarded journalist and photographer, international photo contests winner, was involved in different kinds of media and PR projects. In collaboration with Rock Harbor Pub and Brewery, Rockland Main Srtreet Inc, Penobscot Chamber of Commerce, MOFGA, Knox County Art Society, The Art Loft. This proposal was shown and discussed with Farnsworth Art Museum as a new and interesting project.
